Offering pasture-raised meats from healthy, happy animals on Oregon Tilth Certified Organic (OTCO) pastures; 100% grass-fed and finished heritage beef; milk-fed, nut-finished, pasture-raised heritage pork; pasture-raised lamb; chicken; and OTCO eggs. We run a Full Diet, Year-round, Free Choice CSA program using organic seasonal vegetables, grains, and raw dairy.

Farming Practices: We rely on natural cycles to build soil fertility and never use hormones or antibiotics. We raise heritage breeds. Our animals are confined 5% of the time, and we use management-intensive pasturing practices. In addition to pasture, our animals eat grain grown and milled on our farm, hay and alfalfa, and feed purchased from local farms and a distributor.
